I have been thinking for the past few weeks of some words to add to this site, but there are no words to describe the huge loss that is being felt. Dorian was a beautiful, kind and loving Mother in law, the best a girl could ask for! Her support, love and just being, are deeply missed. Being unable to tell her of the little everyday things or the big milestones that her grandchildren have achieved, is a huge wrench that will be with us forever. Although Dorian has gone, it still does not seem real; “People do not die for us immediately, but remain bathed in a sort of aura of life which bears no relation to true immortality but through which they continue to occupy our thoughts in the same way as when they were alive. It is as though they were travelling abroad”. ~Marcel Proust This quote sums it up completely, it is as if she is just on a holiday and will soon be home. She was an example to all and her courage fighting her illness was truly inspirational. I feel blessed to have known such a wonderful person, a beautiful lady, who had a beautiful son, whom she allowed me to love, for that I am forever grateful. She will always live on in our memories, our hearts and her grandchildren. Never forgotten and always loved.
